My name is Matt and I am a Scouter in the Virginia Headwaters Council of the Boy Scouts of America. I am also many other things, but this blog focuses on Scouting so I will lead with that. My current roles are as the Council Commissioner and the Council Treasurer. My day job is working in internal controls for a state university and I am also a graduate student there working on a Master of Public Administration. I'm a busy guy.
I have a wife, two dogs, two cats, and my father-in-law also lives with us. It's a frustrating but awesome family.
I am sure that I will share more about myself down the road on here, but I will leave it at this for now.
